Privacy Policy

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your name or email unless you write to us, and the demo games store nothing about you anywhere. Analytics are aggregate and anonymised.

What we collect

Automatically

• Standard server logs: IP address (truncated), user agent, referring page, timestamp.
• Aggregate analytics: pages viewed, approximate country, device category, session duration.

From you, only if you provide it

• Email address and message content, if you contact us.

Never

• Payment details. We do not process payments of any kind.
• Gambling account credentials. We never ask for them and would never need them.
• Demo game results or balances. These exist only in your browser's memory and are gone when you close the tab.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses a minimal set of first-party cookies for basic analytics and to remember interface preferences. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Casino operators you visit through our links set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.

You can block cookies entirely in your browser settings. Everything on this site — including all demo games and calculators — works normally without them.

Third parties

• Analytics provider — aggregate traffic measurement with IP anonymisation.
• Font delivery — Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser for the typeface files.
• Affiliate tracking — when you click an outbound casino link, the operator's affiliate system records the referral. That process is governed by the operator's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR and similar frameworks you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and you may object to processing. Since we hold almost nothing, most requests are answered within a day. Write to editors@roulettewheel.io.

Retention

Server logs are kept for 30 days. Aggregate analytics are retained for 26 months. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, then deleted.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the record.

Legal basis for processing

Where GDPR applies, our legal basis is legitimate interest for aggregate analytics and server security logging, and consent for anything else. We do not process special-category data, we do not profile individuals, and we do not make automated decisions about anyone.

International transfers

Our analytics and hosting providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where that happens it is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism. Because we collect so little, the practical exposure is limited to truncated IP addresses and page-view counts.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. There are no user accounts, so there are no passwords to leak. Demo balances and calculator inputs never leave your device, which means there is no store of player data to breach in the first place — by design rather than by luck.

Do Not Track and browser controls

We honour Global Privacy Control signals where the browser sends them. You can also block cookies entirely: every demo game, every calculator and every page on this site works normally without them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date at the top. We do not email notifications because we do not hold an email list.
